Excellent telephone manner and fully understood what we wanted and explained everything. Followed up by receipt email of purchase and then receipt of delivery. Received picture of the bouquet from the recipient, and was just as the florist said it would be. Excellent service and great value for money. If I need to have flowers delivered in London again, Anastasia's will be my first port of call.
